Wedge Invites You To.....

This summer we are celebrating "An Indian Summer in London" with Wedge Card and The Big Issue. There are going to be many events and promotions accross the capital with this theme, including:

Pants to Poverty, Bollywood Dance London, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan (The largest Indian art and culture institute outside the Indian Sub-continent), Cooking with Monisha, Kuch Kuch (The UK's original and leading Bollywood club experience), Anjum Anand (described as 'the Indian Nigella') , Double Bill: Shammi Pithia & Hari Sivanesan, and the London Mela Sunday 4th September in Gunnersbury Park.

Summer Arrivals

We have just received a new shipment from India full with delightful wooden handicrafts, new and old. Hundreds of sheesham printing blocks have been delivered to us, many commissioned especially for Araucaria plus we have sourced a lovely collection of old used and worn blocks.

Also our new range of hand printed textiles has now been completed and is alraedy on board a ship headed for Tilbury Docks - eta this summer!
